π― Requirements
- 3+ years of growth in a B2C performance marketing function
- Background in offline marketing with emphasis on Radio, TV and/or Direct Mail a plus
- Passion for creative testing and crafting messaging that resonates
- Experience owning large marketing budgets and managing spend to a target CPA or ROAS
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to share learnings with stakeholders
