  • Manage a 7-figure offline marketing budget across radio, TV, streaming, and new channels.
  • Develop a testing strategy for existing and new channels (creative and media tests).
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and AI tools to launch ads.
  • Work with agencies to place media buys and refine local strategy.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards and analyze why campaigns perform.
  • Build understanding of the customer funnel to drive high-quality leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of growth in a B2C performance marketing function.
  • Background in offline marketing with emphasis on Radio, TV and/or Direct Mail a plus.
  • Passion for creative testing and messaging that resonates.
  • Experience owning large budgets and driving spend to CPA/ROAS.
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; synthesize learnings for stakeholders.
