π― Requirements
- 3+ years of growth in a B2C performance marketing function.
- Background in offline marketing with emphasis on Radio, TV and/or Direct Mail a plus.
- Passion for creative testing and messaging that resonates.
- Experience owning large budgets and driving spend to CPA/ROAS.
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
- Strong written/verbal communication; synthesize learnings for stakeholders.
