  • Manage a 7-figure offline marketing budget across TV, Radio, streaming, and new channels.
  • Develop tests for existing and new channels; creative messaging and media tests.
  • Collaborate with creatives and agencies; use AI tooling for multi-format ads.
  • Work with agencies to place media buys and refine local strategy.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards; analyze why campaigns perform.
  • Deeply understand our customer funnel to drive high-quality leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a B2C growth marketing function.
  • Background in offline marketing focusing on radio, TV or direct mail a plus.
  • Passion for creative testing and resonant messaging.
  • Experience owning large budgets and targeting CPA or ROAS.
  • Experience with high-consideration / LTV products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to share learnings with stakeholders.
