  • Lead MEA paid media growth across MEA markets (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
  • Own full-funnel paid media from strategy to execution and daily optimization.
  • Analyze performance and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback.
  • Partner with creative teams on testing, localization, and landing pages.
  • Build testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Drive measurement via attribution, incrementality, LTV, and cohort analysis; report to leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance/growth marketing, preferably in ecommerce or mobile apps.
  • Hands-on MEA regional paid media management across multiple markets.
  • Deep platform expertise: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience with incrementality measurement, geo tests, holdouts, or MMM inputs.
  • Strong analytics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort performance.
  • English fluency required; Arabic/Hebrew preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
