- Partner with creative teams on testing, localization, and landing pages.

- 7+ years in performance/growth marketing, preferably in ecommerce or mobile apps.
- Hands-on MEA regional paid media management across multiple markets.
- Deep platform expertise: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads.
- Experience with incrementality measurement, geo tests, holdouts, or MMM inputs.
- Strong analytics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort performance.
- English fluency required; Arabic/Hebrew preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
