- 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple EU markets.
- Deep platform expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Experience with EU-specific performance platforms or regional paid media channels.
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, and display.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets across markets and channels; English required.
