  • Own and optimize Fieldwire website to boost conversion.
  • Analyze visitor-to-signup and visitor-to-demo funnels; reduce friction.
  • Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, re-engagement, activation).
  • Design and run experimentation across website and lifecycle channels.
  • Partner with Content to distribute and activate high-value content.
  • Support international growth and multi-market campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
  • 3-5 years in digital/growth marketing at a B2B SaaS with CRO ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and structured experimentation.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • International marketing exposure, especially Germany & France.
