π― Requirements
- 5β8 years in performance marketing or paid user acquisition for subscription apps
- Deep channel expertise across Meta and another major channel (Google UAC, YouTube, or TikTok)
- Hands-on with an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred): attribution setup, deferred deep linking, event schema, fraud prevention
- Strong SQL and data-warehouse skills; build cohort analyses independently
- Experience building lookalike pipelines; optimize seed quality and overlap
- LTV modeling and payback window fluency; CPI is not the primary metric
