  • Lead paid media growth across APAC; base in Japan remote; scale customer acquisition and ROAS.
  • Own full-funnel paid media: setup, trafficking, daily optimization on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Manage campaigns across global and APAC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, LINE, Naver).
  • Develop budget allocation across markets, channels, campaigns, funnel stages.
  • Lead performance creative testing; partner with creative teams on assets and landing pages.
  • Build and manage testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding, campaigns, offers, and optimization tactics.

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and paid media in ecommerce or consumer tech.
  • Hands-on APAC-wide paid media across multiple markets.
  • Deep expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience with APAC channels: LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten.
  • Strong analytics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, conversion rate.
  • Incrementality testing: geo tests, lift studies, holdouts, MMM inputs.
