  • Lead end-to-end funnel optimization from first touch to reactivation.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategy for pre-purchase nurture and reactivation.
  • Build and prioritize testing roadmaps across channels, creatives, and lifecycle flows.
  • Improve lead-to-conversion performance via segmentation, messaging, and automation.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth or performance marketing with CAC, conversion, or revenue ownership.
  • Proven track record of improving CAC, conversion rate, or payback in high growth consumer or healthcare.
  • Hands on with major paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset; data driven decision making.
  • Autonomous in fast paced, ambiguous environments; bias toward action.
