  • Aptitude for rigorous experimentation; structure tests; document learnings; relentlessly drive improvement.
  • Deep experience with data analytics/visualization using Looker, Google Analytics, or Tableau; translate data to actionable insights.
  • Strong creative judgment; write sharp briefs; build testing pipeline with a creative team.
  • Experience managing or mentoring other marketers; leadership experience a plus.
  • Experience with high-LTV products; optimize for full-funnel quality.
