π― Requirements
- 3+ years driving growth in a B2C performance marketing role
- Offline marketing background with radio/TV and/or direct mail a plus
- Passion for creative testing and messaging that resonates
- Experience owning large marketing budgets and targeting CPA/ROAS
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products
- Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize learnings
