  • Collaborate with the creative team, agencies, and AI tools to craft ads.
  • Work with external agencies to place media buys and refine local strategy.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards; analyze the why behind campaign performance.
  • Build deep understanding of the funnel to drive high-quality leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years driving growth in a B2C performance marketing function.
  • Background in offline marketing; Radio/TV/Direct Mail a plus.
  • Passion for creative testing and crafting resonant messaging.
  • Experience owning large budgets and targeting CPA/ROAS.
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; share learnings with leadership.
