π― Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving growth in a B2C performance marketing function.
- Background in offline marketing with emphasis on radio, TV and direct mail a plus.
- Passion for creative testing and messaging that resonates.
- Experience owning large budgets and managing spend to CPA or ROAS goals.
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to synthesize learnings for leadership.
- Amazing attention to detail; team player in a fast-paced environment.
