  • Manage a 7-figure offline marketing budget across radio, TV, streaming, and new channels.
  • Create a testing strategy for existing and new channels, including creative and media tests.
  • Collaborate with internal creatives and agencies; use AI-enabled tooling for ads across formats (radio scripts, video, TV).
  • Work with external agencies to place media buys and refine local buying strategy.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards; analyze the 'why' behind campaign performance.
  • Build deep understanding of our funnel to drive high-quality leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving growth in a B2C performance marketing function.
  • Background in offline marketing with emphasis on radio, TV and direct mail a plus.
  • Passion for creative testing and messaging that resonates.
  • Experience owning large budgets and managing spend to CPA or ROAS goals.
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to synthesize learnings for leadership.
  • Amazing attention to detail; team player in a fast-paced environment.
