  • Manage a seven-figure offline marketing budget across radio, TV, streaming, and new channels.
  • Develop testing strategies for existing and new channels, incl. creative tests.
  • Collaborate with internal creatives and agencies; use AI tooling for customer-centric creatives.
  • Coordinate media placements with external agencies and refine local buying strategy.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards and analyze why campaigns perform.
  • Build understanding of the customer funnel to drive high-quality leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C growth marketing.
  • Offline marketing background; radio, TV, or direct mail a plus.
  • Passion for creative testing and resonant messaging.
  • Experience owning large budgets and CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Experience with high-consideration / LTV products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize learnings for leadership.
