- Passion for creative testing and resonant messaging.
- Experience owning large budgets with target CPA/ROAS.
- Experience with high-consideration/LTV products.
- Strong written and verbal communication; share insights with leadership.
- Excellent attention to detail; team player in fast-paced env.
