🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C growth marketing.
  • Offline marketing background; radio/TV/Direct Mail a plus.
  • Passion for creative testing and resonant messaging.
  • Experience owning large budgets with target CPA/ROAS.
  • Experience with high-consideration/LTV products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; share insights with leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail; team player in fast-paced env.
