  • Manage a seven-figure offline marketing budget across Radio, TV, Streaming, and new channels.
  • Create a testing strategy for existing and new channels; run creative and media tests.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies; use AI tools for ads (radio, video, TV).
  • Coordinate with external agencies to place media buys and refine local buying strategy.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards and analyze why campaigns perform as they do.
  • Build understanding of the customer funnel to drive high-quality leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving growth within a B2C performance marketing function
  • Background in offline marketing with emphasis on Radio, TV and/or Direct Mail a plus
  • Passion for creative testing and messaging that resonates
  • Experience owning large marketing budgets and managing spend toward target CPA or ROAS
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to share learnings with stakeholders and executives
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Team player attitude in a fast-paced environment
