🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in digital marketing, growth, or demand gen (ideally B2B SaaS).
  • 3+ years ABM for Enterprise/Strategic sales (6-12 mo cycles; $250k+ deals).
  • Startup experience building zero to one Series A-C.
  • Proven ability to own paid and outbound channels from strategy to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable presenting data; ICP patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration; highly organized.
