📋 Description

• Assist in executing growth marketing across Meta, paid media, influencer, and podcasts.
• Manage traffic sheets to ensure timely, accurate campaign launches.
• Oversee Google freelancer relationship and ad spend.
• Support affiliate partner program with growing ownership.
• Own weekly growth marketing report with the director.
• Collaborate on testing roadmap; track queued, in-flight, and completed tests.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old at time of application.
• 2+ years in growth marketing or paid media at a DTC brand or agency.
• Fluency in Shopify and attribution platforms such as GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and reading performance data.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stay organized.
