🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution
- 3–6 years in growth, performance marketing, or demand gen
- Background in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or data-driven products
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience running experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization)
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize, and execute without heavy structure
- Strong ownership — identify problems and solve them
