🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
4–7 years in Growth/Marketing/Campaign Ops or PM.
Strong understanding of blockchain, trading, and web3 user behavior.
Data-driven growth and performance marketing experience.
Paid media, SEO, freelancers, and event activations.
Fluent in English and Polish.
