🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record building B2B partnerships with traders or funds.
- Experience designing incentive programs (fees, rebates, VIP tiers) with ROI focus.
- Strong network within crypto trading and community ecosystems.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; comfortable cross-market.
- Data-driven with on-chain analytics skills (Dune, Nansen, Token Terminal).
- Excellent communicator with strategic and hands-on execution ability.
