Growth Engineer (Data Systems)

📋 Description

• Design and maintain data flow from user interactions to downstream tools via Segment.
• Manage and version-control the analytics infrastructure with Terraform.
• Translate business questions into precise tracking requirements between Marketing and Engineering.
• Monitor and audit the data pipeline to keep dashboards accurate.
• Maintain the Source of Truth for data schemas with clear docs.
• Configure mobile and web attribution paths, including deep-linking and postbacks.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong JS/TypeScript experience in Node.js and React for tracking.
• Terraform to manage third-party integrations and cloud stacks.
• Segment knowledge (Identify, Track, Page) with Mixpanel and GA4.
• AppsFlyer (or similar) for deep-linking and cross-platform attribution.
• Webhooks, REST APIs, and plumbing connecting backends to data ecosystems.
• Analytical curiosity; understand how events influence funnels and reports.
