🎯 Requirements
- Strong programming skills and CS knowledge
- Experience at fast-growing product-driven companies with APIs, data pipelines, automation
- Strong product instincts — balance speed, reliability, and real user impact
- Familiarity with growth, distribution, and GTM software (Clay, HubSpot, n8n)
- Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals
- High NPS with former teammates
