Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Hybrid role: SF office 4 days, 1 remote.
• Work at the intersection of engineering and marketing.
• Write code and content to drive product discovery.
• Create launch assets, run tests, and measure impact.
• Engage developers and tech leaders with clear stories.

🎯 Requirements

• A CS degree or equivalent engineering background
• Fluency with coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong writing skills — technical blog posts, docs
• Genuine interest in developer tools, APIs, or AI products.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving env with broad scope
• Bias toward action; ship something imperfect and learn
• Genuine curiosity and hunger to learn fast
• Nice to have: internship in Eng/Growth/DevRel; Figma; OSS; analytics
