• Log activities and measure outbound performance for optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SDR/BD/Growth or outbound sales roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, or related field.
• Proven ability to build and scale outbound motions.
• Strong research and writing for personalized outreach.
• Comfort with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Familiarity with Clay, AI enrichment platforms, and dialers.
