• Turn context signals into high-intent conversations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, AEs, and Partnerships
• Build and test scalable outbound messaging in a founding pod
• Work in-office/hybrid in LA or SF
• Log activities and measure meetings, pipeline, CAC per meeting
• Help refine ICP and messaging with live feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SDR/BDR/Growth or outbound sales
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
• Proven ability to scale outbound motions
• Strong research and writing; personalized outreach
• Comfort with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Familiar with Clay, AI enrichment platforms, and dialers
• Outcome-oriented; focus on pipeline impact
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales
