🎯 Requirements
- Leadership experience leading a data/analytics team, ideally in a marketplace or platform.
- Strong commercial instinct: connect data to business outcomes and explain to non-technical leaders.
- Excellent stakeholder management; experience presenting to executive teams.
- Analytical rigor with hands-on SQL proficiency.
- Comfortable picking up mid-flight work and operating without a long handover runway.
- Prior scale-up or growth-stage experience is a plus.
