8+ years owning growth outcomes in performance marketing or growth roles.
Strong creative and analytical hybrid across platforms.
System-builder mindset; designed or upgraded a creative operating system.
Expertise in performance craft across major channels (Meta/TikTok/YouTube/Reddit).
Fluent in measurement and experimentation; translate insights into decisions.
Experience scaling creator/influencer content for performance.
