- Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and scale variations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to build inclusive, high-performing culture with open feedback.
- Knowledge of crypto/financial products is preferable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and generative AI tools.
