• Build Growth Content Marketing as a scalable discipline with a high-performing team.
• Own end-to-end demand-gen content: SEO, gated assets, mid-funnel content, product narratives.
• Write and edit SEO pillar pages, cluster articles, and comparisons.
• Create ebooks, whitepapers, long-form guides; one-pagers and product explainers.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product to translate launches, features, APIs into content.
• Use insights to improve ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and content distribution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in growth content marketing, demand-gen, or SEO-led roles, preferably in B2B tech.
• Proven track record of content driving measurable funnel outcomes from traffic to pipeline.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to explain technical products clearly.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, clustering.
• Data-driven mindset; analyze content performance and optimize based on results.
• Cross-functional with PMM, Product, SEO, Performance, Lifecycle; global, fast-paced.
