Create structured WhatsApp/SMS communications for Field Officers to drive field performance.
Localize messaging; align with seasonal priorities; coordinate with Commercial, Product, Repayment.
Track and report delivery rates, engagement, and response trends; suggest improvements.
Plan and execute agro-dealer activations, district events, field promotions.
Create simple field collateral with the Design team.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
Proficiency in English, Nyanja and Bemba with strong writing.
Proficient with Excel/Sheets; comfortable with data.
Inquisitive and open to feedback; contribute to strategy.
Self-driven and collaborative; work well in a team.
Adaptable to diverse cultures; engage with farmers across Zambia.
