🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in media planning, digital marketing, or growth roles with offline exposure (TV/CTV/Audio/Podcasts).
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Analytical with strong Excel; build dashboards, spot trends, diagnose issues.
  • Interest in media measurement and attribution; eager to learn MMM basics.
  • Detail-oriented; manage multiple campaigns and vendors.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; take ownership.
