📋 Description

• Partner with Product and cross-functional leads to set and monitor core metrics for product initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress of each workstream.
• Collaborate with GTM to identify opportunities and measure impact of levers.
• Translate insights into clear execution directions for product teams.
• Partner with Product to investigate and size new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running ad hoc investigations and exploratory analyses on datasets using SQL.
• 3+ years in analytics/finance at a fast-growing marketplace or SaaS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to understand historical data and forecast performance.
• Knowledge of cohort analysis is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Passion for Roo’s mission and ability to influence stakeholders.
