📋 Description

• Lead and develop a data science team focused on marketplace quality and match success.
• Define success metrics, experimentation frameworks, and analytics standards for ranking and matching.
• Partner with Product, Eng, and ML to influence roadmap and improve match quality.
• Guide rigorous analysis and modeling with hands-on leadership and coaching.
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders for data-driven product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in quantitative roles in fast-paced consumer tech; lead data science teams.
• Strong ML and experimentation background in ranking, relevance, personalization, or matching.
• Fluent in SQL and Python; set technical direction and do hands-on analyses.
• Proven track record partnering with Product and Eng to influence strategy via data.
• Motivated to improve access to mental health care and own high-impact problems.
