🎯 Requirements

- Experience leading SaaS onboarding, implementation, or setup.
- Comfort delivering onboarding via video, screen share, and live troubleshooting.
- Strong PM skills with follow-up and milestone ownership.
- Clear, confident communication; explain technical concepts simply.
- Empathy and calm under pressure with overwhelmed customers.
