📋 Description

  • Design and govern base pay, bonuses, equity programs globally.
  • Lead annual compensation review with planning, calibration, insights.
  • Maintain competitive pay ranges using external market data.
  • Manage geo-pay structures for hybrid/remote teams globally.
  • Ensure EU/US pay transparency compliance and communication.
  • Pay equity analyses with dashboards on compa-ratios and equity.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in global Compensation & Benefits roles.
  • Deep understanding of geo-pay policies, job leveling, equity programs, transparency.
  • Hands-on with Workday and at least one other platform (Anaplan, CURO, beqom, Pave, Radford/Payscale).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical skills with detail-oriented, outcomes-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
