💼 The RoleThe Global Compensation Program Manager will design and scale Groupon’s global pay programs—covering base pay, annual bonuses (non-sales), recognition, and equity (RSUs/PSUs). You’ll build clear, fair frameworks that help leaders make consistent decisions and employees understand their rewards. Partnering with a Junior Compensation Analyst, you’ll drive execution through strong systems, analytics, and governance. Collaboration with HRBPs, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership is key to making compensation a core part of Groupon’s transformation.

📊 Annual Compensation ReviewOwn the full cycle—planning, calibration, execution, and insights—with support from the Junior Analyst.
🏗️ Pay Structures & Job ArchitectureKeep pay ranges market-aligned and partner on job levels and titles to enable mobility and hiring.
🌍 Geo-Pay & Location StrategyManage location-based pay models that support hybrid and remote work.
⚖️ Pay Transparency & CompliancePrepare for EU/US pay transparency; guide managers and ensure compliant communication.
📈 Pay Equity & AnalyticsRun internal equity reviews, plan remediations, and report trends to HR and Finance.
🧰 Manager EnablementCreate toolkits and guidance to help managers make confident, consistent pay decisions.
🤖 AI-Enhanced WorkflowsUse AI for pricing, anomaly detection, and QA with clear controls and audits.
📉 Dashboards & ReportingDeliver concise dashboards (budget, compa-ratios, headcount, equity impact) to inform decisions.
🤝 Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, Finance, and Tech teams to align ranges, optimize tools, and improve offer accuracy.
