🎯 Requirements

2+ years in hospitality, sales support, or group reservations.
Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deals.
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom.
Proactive ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
