Handle all incoming group inquiries, quotes, availability and option holds
Manage group space per contract terms
Manage all inbound calls and email communication; respond in timely manner
Reconcile payments with group invoices and coordinate commissions with accounting
Review terms in the group brochures prior to promotion
Participate in pre-trip briefings with faculty leaders and travel advisors

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
Group travel/expedition travel experience preferred
Knowledge of Seaware Reservation System preferred
Experience in expedition travel, cruising
Proficient with Windows, Word & Excel
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
