Group Product Manager, Shared Platform

📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Campminder's Shared Platform.
• Lead and grow a team of three PMs across four platform teams.
• Balance platform needs with product teams and unblock work.
• Identify where platform investments provide leverage across products.
• Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to translate problems into platform capabilities.
• Shape AI and data as shared infra—pipelines, models, observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading platform, infrastructure, or shared services products.
• Experience managing product managers; coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to develop strategy proactively with data; independent thinker.
• Skill navigating ambiguity and moving platform decisions forward.
• Ability to design extensible systems and keep UX clear for end users.
• Fluency in data and AI infra: data pipelines, model lifecycle, observability.
