🎯 Requirements

10+ years in product management, including leadership across multiple teams
Experience in procurement or procurement-adjacent domains
Defined and driven product strategy at scale, influencing outcomes beyond a single team
Strong, empathetic leader with excellent relationship-building skills
Clear, persuasive communicator, tailoring messages to different audiences
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems
