Group Product Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ChimeCore platform.
• Lead and mentor a small PM team, setting high technical standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, and Ops.
• Define APIs, tooling, data flows, and system boundaries to boost velocity.
• Balance short-term delivery with platform modernization and resiliency.
• Establish clear success metrics for platform health and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of Product Management, with internal platforms or highly technical systems.
• Experience leading Product Managers (people leadership or strong team-lead experience).
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data models, architecture, and reliability tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments (fintech/payments/banking).
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills.
