🎯 Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience, fintech or payments.
Experience in the Mexican payments ecosystem.
Strong technical foundation; prototype or code MVPs; collaborate with engineers.
A data-obsessed mindset; extract, analyze, and visualize data; dashboards.
Excellent product intuition; translate ambiguous problems; identify customer pain points.
Strong stakeholder management; communicate with clarity; balance priorities.
