🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years product management or related experience, data-driven or marketplace focus.
  • 2+ years of experience managing product managers.
  • Deep microeconomics knowledge; background in Operations Research, ML, or algorithmic systems.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing PM teams and delivering impact.
  • Experience with data and experimentation to guide strategy and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across executives and partners.
