Group Product Manager – Fraud

📋 Description

• Define and execute a clear strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead and inspire with a compelling product vision and roadmap; align leadership and teams.
• Understand fraud, risk, and authentication ecosystems; assess AI tools and PSD2/SCA.
• Develop AI-powered products and frictionless authentication; balance security with UX.
• Own the P&L for the suite; drive adoption of Real Time Decisioning and 3D Secure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features by value, effort, and usability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management roles designing/delivering fraud, risk/authentication solutions.
• Vision and strategy for a portfolio; translate into rigorous roadmaps and execution.
• Experience recruiting and growing top talent; strong EQ and leadership.
• Passion for AI; hands-on prototyping; stay current on AI/ML research and tools.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools (Cursor, Replit, Claude Code) to rapidly explore ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; articulate customer problems to technical and business audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of 3D Secure protocols (EMV 3DS 2.x) and PSD2 SCA.
