- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Trust & Risk, Eng, and Data Science to meet regs and speed delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of PM experience with AI/ML automation or compliance tech at scale.
- Experience leading large cross-functional programs and PM teams.
- Partner with ML engineers on agentic AI and translate to compliance strategy.
- Proven track record with sanctions, transaction monitoring, AML/BSA.
- Experience presenting to VP+ level with clear investment tradeoffs.
- Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight and measurable impact.
