Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the multi-quarter vision for a central product area.
• Lead PMs, align with cross-functional teams, deliver outcomes.
• Drive AI and ML enabled product strategy, not just features.
• Scale judgment and raise standards while shipping.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Finance, GTM.
• Use AI tools for discovery, analysis, prototyping, decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with direct PM leadership experience.
• Experience owning and scaling complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech.
• Set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate to roadmaps.
• Technically fluent to engage in architecture and systems tradeoffs.
• Data-driven by default: define metrics, design experiments, use results.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and prioritization with senior stakeholders.
• Clear, concise communicator with executives and cross-functional partners.
