Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-quarter vision and strategy for a core product area.
• Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities driving impact.
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers with coaching.
• Partner with Eng, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities (e.g., LLMs) into products to improve user experience.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with direct experience managing and developing PMs.
• Owned and scaled complex B2B, SaaS, or fintech products with measurable outcomes across multiple teams.
• Can set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate it into roadmaps your team executes.
• Technically fluent to engage in architecture and systems tradeoffs with Engineering.
• Data-driven by default: define metrics, design experiments, and use results to decide.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, prioritization tradeoffs with incomplete information, and guiding senior stakeholders.
• Clear, concise communicator — written and verbal — who distills complex problems for execs.
