Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a central product area, set multi-quarter vision, and drive outcomes.
• Build and grow PMs; foster ownership and high standards.
• Align with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Finance, and GTM on cross-functional initiatives.
• Apply AI/ML to discovery, prototyping, and decision-making to improve UX.
• Lead PMs and scale judgment while driving measurable business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with PM leadership experience.
• Experience owning/scaling complex B2B, SaaS, or fintech products with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate it into roadmaps.
• Technically fluent to engage in architecture and tradeoffs with Engineering.
• Data-driven: define metrics, design experiments, and use results to make decisions.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and aligning senior stakeholders.
