📋 Description

• Own Core group's product strategy and plan.
• Own commercial strategy and GTM; drive adoption with Sales/CS.
• Report to VP Product; partner with GPMs and CPO.
• Coach and develop a team of product managers.
• Define a cohesive Core group strategy to unify experiences.
• Align teams with strategy; ship regularly and learn.

🎯 Requirements

• GPM/Director with several years of experience; navigating ambiguity.
• Deep strategy diagnosis; know what to do and why.
• Worked with Sales/CS; own commercial narrative.
• Strong product sense and user empathy; JTBD mindset.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller.
• Salesforce ecosystem experience.
